How can I track the status of my order?

After your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email will be sent with a tracking number as soon as your order ships out. If you have placed an order and have not received any of the two of these emails, please contact us if it has been over 3 business days. Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days of the time they are placed. Please note that your tracking number may not be active immediately when you first receive it.  


How long until I receive my order?

Once your package has been shipped out of our warehouse, orders in the U.S. tend to take 2-4 business days to arrive (via FedEx Ground). Orders outside of the U.S. tend to take 7-10 business days to arrive (via USPS international).


How should I clean my hookah?

 In order to maintain the cleanliness of your hookah remember these tips:

  • Rinse out with warm water after each use
  • Use dish soap and warm water to clean your hookah
  • Do not leave the water in your hookah for days
  • Do not use any products with alcohol

It is important to regularly clean your hookah if you want it to stay in good condition. Think about this, if you leave a cup of water out for a few days, it begins to gather mold. The same can happen with your hookah, regardless if it is made from glass or acrylic.

Does PLX Smoke accept returns/exchanges?

Here at PLX Smoke we love hookah and we want our customers to love their hookah as well, therefore we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. You may return all unused items purchased at within 5 days of the original delivery for a 100% refund (minus shipping costs). Items that are left out of the returned package will be deducted from the refund at full retail value. We will replace or exchange defective or broken items free of charge within the limitations of the time period and the unused condition of the returned items. For returns/exchanges other than broken or defective items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Due to certain liabilities and legal regulations, any used items (i.e. used Hookah pipes, used Hookah hoses, or any other used accessory) are not returnable. All returns must be approved beforehand by communicating with us through email.
